The Hot Knife goes exactly as the name describes, like a hot knife through butter. Jay Davies and James developed this model with a few things in mind; A combination of the Peri Peris much-loved bottom contours for smooth transitions and the classic outline from the Stepdown 2 for drive, we also added a hip for release when you need it. We wanted to create an easy to ride, forgiving board for all conditions and we have done just that with the help from one of our bigger team riders - Jay Davies who stands at 62 and weighs 93KG's " this board is always super fast & easy to ride - Jay Davies
