Delivery Information

All orders over 40€, will enjoy FREE shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula. Canary Islands and rest of Europe to be determined on a case by case basis. 

In the event that the customer buys the product with the Cash on Delivery option AND the product is discounted, it will be the customer who assumes the extra cost applied by the courier company for having chosen this payment option. 

Delivery of the products

I will send the Customer their products to the delivery address that appears on their personal data form.

On the website, specifically in the shopping basket, the amount of the delivery costs will be indicated before the purchase is made. It will be expressly indicated when the shipping costs are borne by Rollback Surfshop. Exception: in the event that the customer buys the product with the Cash on Delivery option AND the product is discounted, it will be the customer who assumes the extra cost applied by the courier company for having chosen this payment option.

If the article indicates "in stock" when the order is placed, the time between the placing of the order and the date of the first presentation of the courier company's employee at the specified location corresponds to the sum of 2 elements:

A. The preparation time: validation of payment + preparation of the order + receipt of the parcel by the carrier's employee.

B. The delivery time of the order by the transport company.

The customer will be informed of this deadline as soon as he receives the "order dispatch" e-mail. These deadlines are indicated in working days.

If all these factors are positive, Rollback Surfshop undertakes to ensure that the customer receives his order within 48 hours or less.

I will deliver the product once I have verified that the payment has been correctly executed.

Please note that all Surfboards that are not in my stock have a delivery time of more than 48 hours and the customer will be informed of the delivery times.

If for any reason, the handling time, usually less than two days, must be extended due to lack of stock, Rollback Surfshop will notify the customer within 48 hours.
