Returns & Exchanges

The deadline for returns to Rollback Surfshop is 7 business days. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

The costs of sending the returns at Rollback Surfshop are always borne by the customer who returns the product, except when there is an error in the shipment by me, ie shipments of a wrong product or a damaged or incomplete product. In this case, all shipping costs generated will be paid to my account. The courier service company hired by me will be responsible for collecting the product.

Once the returned product has been received in the warehouse, I will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned order. After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the internal tags) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

No returns of custom surfboards are allowed (if applicable) as it is a product 100% customized by the client, unless it is a wrong or damaged product.

In case of damage to the material, the customer must notify Rollback Surfshop, within 24 hours by email to info@rollbacksurfshop.com, explaining the damages and illustrating them through photos to allow me to make the relevant claims with the transport company responsible for the damages.

If you find a returned product deteriorated without specifying the reason why, without labels or with signs of having been used, I will resend you said product but never a new one or the refund of the money and the client at all times will take care of the transportation expenses.


Payment of the products

Your payments in Rollback Surfshop are made in real time through a Virtual POS once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. Rollback Surfshop guarantees that it will treat the data corresponding to the means of payment used with total security and confidentiality. The data of the card used for the payment is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. This solution guarantees the secrecy of communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.

Please also take into account that suppliers or issuers of the means of payment used may have adopted other anti-fraud measures not controlled by Rollback Surfshop and that involve the rejection of certain types of transactions. Rollback Surfshop does not control or is responsible for the damages that may be caused by the application of the policies approved by the different providers or issuers of paid media.

It is prohibited to use a means of payment owned by a third party except in the case that you have the express authorization of said third party, being responsible for proof of such authorization and assuming all damages and losses that occur to Rollback Surfshop.

Rollback Surfshop offers the following payment methods to the client:


If you choose to pay by credit card, the Customer's order can not be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. The online payment by credit card is made through the security system "Secure Socket Layer", which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, Rollback Surfshop verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro and any Visa and Mastercard cards registered in the Verified by Visa secure payment system.



The Client must make the transfer to the account that will be indicated in a timely manner. Once the transfer is received, we will confirm the payment.

IMPORTANT: As a concept of the transfer you must indicate the reference that will be indicated at the end of the order or the invoice number.

IMPORTANT: For payments by bank transfer, the products are not reserved until the deposit is received.



The Client may pay quickly and safely with his PayPal account or with his credit or debit card, without sharing financial information with Rollback Surfshop. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data with the help of the best technologies available in the market.

The Client is always entitled to receive the paper invoice for free.


Terms and Conditions


1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of purchase is the provision by Rollback Surfshop of the products offered in its Online Store, in exchange for an economic benefit.

1.2. Accessing our portals, the Client undertakes to respect the Terms and Conditions and the rules of use contained therein.


2.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contract between Rollback Surfshop and the Customer for the supply of the products. Other different texts will not apply.

2.2. It is understood that the Client agrees with the general conditions provided in this text from the moment he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions and does not expressly express his disagreement.


3.1. To be able to place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor, ask your parents or legal guardians to place the order in your name.

However, if you are between 14 and 18 years old, you can request information about products and events. In any case, it is advisable that you count on your parents or legal representatives before browsing and / or registering on my websites or mobile applications so that they can explain any questions you may have.

If you are under 14 years old, please do not give me any personal information, because I will not be able to accept it.

3.2. Once you have accessed the corresponding Web page, the Customer must fill in the form with the necessary personal data that is requested and found in all of my Online Stores and must click on the "finalize order" button to confirm the purchase.

3.3. When the Customer finalizes your order, I will send you an email with the number and details of your order.

3.4. In case there is a problem with the shipment of the material, I will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him of the situation and suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy. Or propose the return of the sum of money that would have satisfied us for such products.

3.5. The confirmation of the payment of the order establishes a contract between the client and Rollback Surfshop and forces me to formalize the delivery. However, there may be times when it is not impossible for me to supply such products due, for example, to the fact that these products are not in stock. In these cases I will contact the Client to inform him and maybe I will suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy.

5.1. The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price and conditions of the products offered may vary over time, but in any case, for a specific order, the price and conditions that were indicated when the Customer made the order will always govern.

5.2. I reserve the right to charge the order from the moment of receipt.

5.3. All the prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include VAT.

5.4. The shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. In this way, the customer can always check the amount of shipping costs in the shopping cart, before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process.

For shipping to the rest of the countries of the European Union, the shipping costs depend on the country, volume and weight of the items. And they will be analyzed individually.

6.1. It must be taken into account that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. It will indicate when a product is in stock and when not, but if one of the items ordered was not in stock, I agree to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) communicate the deadline by which I can send you your product (s). In case you were not interested in waiting, you may request the refund of the amounts you have paid for said item.
